You may have to go somewhere in-game to finish this process. Go to 'Select Cheats', select the cheats you want, and then go to 'Enable cheats' in the main menu. To activate CWCheat, hold down the select button for 3 seconds in game. Congratulations, you have installed CWCheat!

If it is not enabled (which it should be), enable it. Make sure the plugin is activated by checking in Plugins Manager (ME/LME), or Recovery (PRO).
